Robot gets stuck
1. Remove the obstacle
- Switch the robot off before touching it.
- Remove the obstacle (branch, stone, dense grass) manually.
- Place the robot on clear ground and restart it.
2. Check the wheels
- Check whether grass or dirt is blocking the wheels.
- Clean the wheels with a brush.
3. Adapt the terrain
- Mark problematic areas (ditches, roots, hollows) as no-go zones in the Mammotion app.
- Adjust the mowing route to avoid these areas.
4. Increase the cutting height
- In very dense or wet grass the robot may get stuck.
- Increase the cutting height in the Mammotion app.
Robot leaves the mowing area
1. Check the RTK signal
- Open the Mammotion app and check the positioning status.
- With a poor signal the robot cannot maintain the boundary correctly.
- Check the RTK reference station: switched on, clear view of the sky, no metal nearby.
2. Check the map and remap if necessary
- Check in the app whether the boundary is correctly mapped.
- Adjust corners and boundaries that are close to obstacles.
- For persistent problems: delete the map and create a new one.
3. Check the environment
- Tall trees, walls or metal structures nearby can interfere with the RTK signal.
- Move the RTK reference station to a location with a better field of view.
When to contact customer service?
