What is covered, what is not – and how long the warranty lasts.

Your Mammotion device comes with a manufacturer's warranty from Shenzhen Mammotion Innovation Co., Ltd. Here you will find what is covered, how long the warranty lasts and what you need to know.

Note: The warranty period starts from the original purchase date on the proof of purchase or invoice. For pre-ordered products, it starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

 

What is covered

  • Material and manufacturing defects under normal use in accordance with Mammotion product documentation.
  • Defective electronics, motors, sensors or batteries not caused by external influence.
 

What is NOT covered

  • Damage caused by improper use, drops, liquid damage or external influence.
  • Normal wear and tear (blades, blade carriers, wheels, tracks, brush rollers, filters).
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Devices without a valid proof of purchase or without a readable serial number.
 

Important

  • Keep your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) safe – it is required for any warranty claim.
  • The serial number of your device is mandatory to initiate a warranty service.
  • Contact your local retailer first if you purchased the device there.
  • Mammotion will first attempt to resolve issues by phone, email or online chat. If necessary, the device will be sent in for further assessment.
