How to keep your Mammotion robot always up to date

Mammotion regularly releases firmware updates for the robot and RTK reference station. Updates improve performance, fix bugs and add new features. Always keep your device up to date.

 

Updating the firmware

 
  1. Open the Mammotion app and tap the settings icon (⚙).
  2. Tap Device Information > Robot Version.
  3. If an update is available, tap Update.
  4. Ensure the robot is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
  5. Do not leave the app during the update and do not perform any other actions.
  6. Do not switch off the robot during the update.
 

When should you update?

 
  • When the app recommends an update.
  • Before first use after storage.
  • For persistent issues that cannot be resolved by restarting.
 

Note: The RTK reference station also needs to be updated regularly. Check the version under Device Information > RTK Version.
