Mammotion LUBA Can't Find the Charging Station – What to Do?

Step-by-step guide if your LUBA can no longer find the charging station.

If your Mammotion LUBA can't find the charging station, work through the following steps in order:

 
  1. Has the location changed? Check whether the charging station or RTK antenna has been moved since the last use. If the location has changed, the map must be recreated.
  2. Clean the charging contacts. Dirty contacts can prevent the connection to the station. Carefully clean the contacts on both the robot and the station.
  3. Check the LED on the power supply. If the LED is not lit, the station is defective – not the power supply. In this case, contact support.
