Mammotion App: Creating an Account and Logging In
How to correctly create your Mammotion account – and avoid duplicate accounts.
When logging in to the Mammotion app for the first time, you can choose between two methods:
- Google Account
- Email address
Important: Even if you use the same email address – depending on the login method chosen, two separate accounts are created. Choose one method from the start and stick with it.
Note on Wi-Fi connection:
- YUKA models only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- LUBA models support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
Make sure your router is broadcasting the appropriate frequency band before setting up the connection.
