Maintenance plan and care overview

Regular maintenance is the key to a long service life and reliable mowing performance. Use this overview to make sure you never miss a maintenance task.

After every mowing session

• Check the charging contacts and infrared receiver for dirt and clean if necessary.
• Check the wheels for grass clippings and dirt and clean.
• Check the cutting blades for visible damage.

Weekly

• Wipe the housing with a damp cloth.
• Clean the vision camera / LiDAR module with a microfibre cloth.
• Check and clean the underside and cutting disc for residue.

Monthly

• Check the cutting blades for wear; replace if heavily worn.
• Check wheels and drive components for damage.
• Thoroughly clean the charging station: charging contacts, infrared transmitter and housing.
• Wipe the RTK reference station with a cloth.
• Check the firmware version in the Mammotion app and update if necessary.

Every 3 months / after 150 operating hours

• Replace all cutting blades completely (all blades at the same time, including screws and washers).
• Check and clean the motor shaft for dirt and moisture.

End of season / Winter storage

• Clean the robot thoroughly (housing, underside, wheels, camera).
• Charge the battery to approx. 60–80 % and switch off the robot.
• Disconnect the charging station, clean it and store it in a dry place.
• Clean the RTK reference station and – depending on temperature – store or cover it.
• Store all components in a dry, frost-free location.
