Maintaining the Battery and Optimising Runtime
How to extend the battery life of your Mammotion robot
A well-maintained battery ensures reliable mowing performance and a long service life. Follow these guidelines for optimal battery care.
During regular operation
- Always let the robot charge in the charging station after mowing.
- Avoid completely discharging the battery.
- Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry before the robot charges.
During long-term storage (e.g. winter)
- Charge the battery to at least 80% before storage.
- Recharge the battery to at least 80% every 90 days, even if the robot is not in use.
- Store the robot in a dry, frost-free location.
General notes
- Only use the supplied charger.
- Do not open or disassemble the battery.
- Protect the battery from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
- The battery must not come into contact with water.
