Do you want to get your iRobot Roomba back in top shape? Then book our Roomba Service Package.

We place great importance on our devices having a very long lifespan and therefore want to offer the opportunity to refresh them from time to time.

The service package for CHF 77.00 includes the professional cleaning and reconditioning of your device. If there are any issues, you will receive a quote with a 20% discount on additional services.

Here's how it works:

  1. Click the link below. You will be taken to our repair platform. Proceed as you normally would for a repair, but select "Special Service Package".
  2. Once you have submitted your request, you can send in your device*.
  3. Your Roomba will then be cleaned, inspected, and worn parts will be replaced by us.
  4. After the service, you will receive a notification with the payment terms and any applicable quote for acceptance or rejection.
