Schedule cleaning – Create schedules

With the iRobot Home app, you can create schedules so your robot cleans automatically at set times. On some older models, scheduling is also possible directly on the device.

Supported models

Schedules are available via the app for all Wi-Fi-enabled models:

• New generation: Roomba 105, 205, Plus 405/505, Max 705
• i series: i1, i3, i5, i6, i7
• j series, s9, Combo i8
• Roomba 600 series (WiFi), 900 series, e5, e6

Models without Wi-Fi (600 series without WiFi, 800 series, 680) support schedules only via device buttons (up to 7 cleans per week).

Create a schedule (app)

1. Open the Roomba® Home app.
2. Go to "Schedule" or "Automations".
3. Select the desired days and times.
4. Optional: select specific rooms (Smart Map models only).
5. Optional: set cleaning mode, suction power and number of passes.
6. Save the schedule.

Edit or delete a schedule

• Tap the existing schedule in the app to edit or delete it.
• For models with device buttons: hold the schedule button to reset the schedule.

Favourite cleaning

On Smart Map models, you can save a "favourite cleaning" – a custom combination of rooms, mode and settings that you can start with a single tap.

Tips

• Schedule cleaning for times when you are away from home to avoid disruptions.
• Make sure the robot is on the dock and charged before the scheduled start.
• Remove loose items from the floor before the scheduled cleaning.
